1. General Policy
All transactions on FreeLancingPost.Com are for digital services and are non-tangible and non-returnable. Refunds are considered only under specific conditions, which are detailed below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:
For Clients:
The freelancer fails to deliver the work within the agreed deadline and does not respond within a reasonable time.
The delivered work is incomplete, plagiarized, or clearly violates the job agreement.
The freelancer cancels the project after payment has been made.
There is a mutual agreement between the client and freelancer to cancel the job.
For Freelancers:
If a client cancels a project after the freelancer has completed the work but before payment is released, the freelancer may be entitled to payment or partial compensation based on proof of work.
If a client abuses the refund system or violates platform guidelines.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request:
Log in to your account.
Go to the relevant project or order page.
Click on “Request Refund” and provide clear details.
Our support team will review your case within 1-7 business days.

4. Dispute Resolution
Both parties are encouraged to resolve issues through clear communication.
If no agreement is reached, FreeLancingPost.Com offers mediation as a neutral third party.
Refund decisions by our team will be based on communication history, deliverables, and platform policies.
Note: Our decision is final and binding for all parties using the platform.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following scenarios:
Change of mind after project approval or delivery.
Client uses the delivered work but still requests a refund.
Work was completed according to the original scope and requirements.
Refund requests made through external channels instead of our platform.
6. Payment Reversals or Chargebacks
If a client files a chargeback through their payment provider:
Their FreeLancingPost.Com account may be temporarily suspended.
The matter will be investigated, and legal action may be pursued for fraudulent claims.
Freelancers are encouraged to keep proof of communication and work submissions.
7. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be Credited:
Within 1–14 business days via the original payment method.
Note – Even if you don’t receive your Total Amounts, the refund charges from the payment gateway will be deducted and credited to your account.
Or credited to the client’s FreeLancingPost.Com wallet Or Accounts for future use, if preferred.
8. Policy Changes
FreeLancingPost.Com reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly.
